I’ve been photographing weddings professionally for 18 years, and I still love that no two days are ever quite the same.
Weddings are beautiful, emotional, funny, unpredictable and occasionally all of those things within the same five minutes. My job is not only to photograph that beautifully, but to know what to do when things don’t quite go to plan.
I’m calm under pressure, good with people of every age, and very comfortable giving direction when it helps. I’ll organise a family group with a smile, work alongside your venue and videographer, find the best light in a difficult room and make the most of whatever weather the day gives us.
My photography is a mix of natural moments and beautifully composed images. I don’t believe you should have to choose between candid storytelling and portraits you’ll love — I want you to have both.
I also avoid chasing every trend. I want your photographs to still feel beautiful years from now, with natural colour, genuine emotion and a real sense of what your wedding felt like.
Most of all, I want you to enjoy your day. I’ll guide you when you need it, step back when you don’t, and work hard to give you the best possible experience — and photographs you’ll love for years to come.
